OZI CHALK ART - CAIRNS We are now located at Shop 39, 58 Lake Street, Cairns. Christine and Maree teach international students a 5 day, 10 day or 15 day Chalk Art course. They have a successful Chalk Art business in Cairns and the School is located at their workshop, so you can see how Chalk Art is used in commercial businesses. Chalk Art is ideal for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, hotels to create stylish, unique signage as well as beautiful artwork and personalised gifts.

The teachers will teach you techniques and styles to create fun, funky and bright Chalk Art Designs.

Both Christine and Maree have completed thier Silver Teachers Course and opened the Cairns School. All our courses use specialised chalks and blackboard paints to achieve more long lasting and colorful results. Ozi Chalk Art Cairns School has had many happy students complete their course over this past year.

• Our 5 day Beginner Course will give you basic skills to create fun signs and artwork - great for Hobbyist.
• The 10 day course shows you more graphics, design and Headings.
• The Professional 15 day Chalk Art course will give you the basic skills to be able to complete a professional menu board for commercial purposes.

On completion of your course, you will receive a certificate, as well as your teachers, Maree and Christine. All your completed works will be packaged for you to take home.

All course Materials are supplied, and you can purchase additional materials from us for you to practice your new skills in Chalk Art.

Timetable

Courses run from Monday to Friday. Starting at 9.30 am and finishing at 4.30pm.

This course offers an exciting and fun atmosphere to practice your English.

The weather in Cairns is beautiful all year round. Cairns is the Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage Rainforests, Cairns is reknowned as the adventure capital of Queensland as there are so many activities to make your trip to Australia very memorable.

CALLIGRAPHY

Learn the traditional way with Nibs and Chinese Ink. Learn a variety of different alphabets and applications to personlise your own artworks. We have a number of Fun Projects showing you how to use your new skills. Great for Scrapbookers and Cardmakers. Short courses are available for both beginners and advanced. Tea and coffee supplied.

CHINESE BRUSH PAINTING

A very unique artform - using traditional techniques. We are offering a 2 day workshop which teaches basic brush strokes to paint water reeds and grasses, bamboo, Australian flowers and much more. All paint and paper and brushes supplied. Brush sets also available for purchase. Tea and coffee supplied.

ART COURSES

Other courses are available including Airbrushing and Acrylics and specialized courses in Calligraphy Techniques.
